【物品用途】;本設計係與一種擋風玻璃有關，特別是指一種巴士用之擋風玻璃。;【設計說明】;本設計係為一種巴士用擋風玻璃之外觀設計，由前視圖觀之，其係具有一呈矩形狀之本體，該本體之頂部係略為弧形，且該本體之四個角落位置係為圓角修飾，藉此，使本設計之巴士用擋風玻璃整體外觀簡潔、俐落，而能給予使用者強烈之印象，不僅突破習知巴士用擋風玻璃之造型，且使本設計可產生一特別而又獨具風格者。;圖式中的商標、文字、記號等內容為本案不主張之部分。;本案之巴士用擋風玻璃係趨近於平面之微弧面，立體圖、後視圖、左側視圖、右側視圖、俯視圖及仰視圖非本案之設計重點，且不具設計特徵，於購買時亦非觀察之重點，故省略之。;綜上所述，本設計確為新穎獨特之設計，確具巧思與創意，且已突破習知巴士用擋風玻璃之泛用造型，將現代設計美學發揮地淋漓盡致，獨具意匠創作，同時本設計在申請前並未見公開確具新穎性乃毋庸置疑，爰依法提請設計專利者。

本設計係與一種擋風玻璃有關，特別是指一種巴士用之擋風玻璃。
本設計係為一種巴士用擋風玻璃之外觀設計，由前視圖觀之，其係具有一呈矩形狀之本體，該本體之頂部係略為弧形，且該本體之四個角落位置係為圓角修飾，藉此，使本設計之巴士用擋風玻璃整體外觀簡潔、俐落，而能給予使用者強烈之印象，不僅突破習知巴士用擋風玻璃之造型，且使本設計可產生一特別而又獨具風格者。
圖式中的商標、文字、記號等內容為本案不主張之部分。
本案之巴士用擋風玻璃係趨近於平面之微弧面，立體圖、後視圖、左側視圖、右側視圖、俯視圖及仰視圖非本案之設計重點，且不具設計特徵，於購買時亦非觀察之重點，故省略之。
