【物品用途】;本設計所應用之物品係為顯示面板之圖形化使用者介面，其圖形化使用者介面為一可用於呈現關鍵字相對應之知識圖譜與文章的搜尋介面。進一步地，於前視圖之搜尋介面輸入關鍵字，前視圖會產生知識圖譜，知識圖譜具有關鍵字當作根節點，並有多個一階的聯想字之子節點，該等聯想字「產業思維」、「投資思維」與「商業思維」來分類。關鍵字與選擇的聯想字關聯的搜尋結果(包括文字說明「關鍵字」與「選擇的聯想字」的關聯搜尋」、「你可能需預先了解的知識」、關聯於選擇的聯想字的文章篇數與文章簡圖、被搜尋出的關聯於關鍵字與選擇的聯想字的文章之文章標題與文章簡圖)被顯示於前視圖的右邊。如參考圖所示，當關鍵字例如為「台積電」，依據「台積電」產生之知識圖譜的多個一階的聯想字依據「產業思維」、「投資思維」與「商業思維」來分類呈現，其中當「權值股」被選擇，參考圖右邊顯示「台積電」與「權值股」關聯的搜尋結果，其包括文字說明「台積電與權值股的關聯搜尋」、「你可能需預先了解的知識」、關聯於「權值股」的文章篇數與文章簡圖、被搜尋出關聯於「台積電」與「權值股」的文章之文章標題與文章簡圖。;【設計說明】;茲就本案不主張的部分與可能變化的情況說明如下：1、前視圖與參考圖所揭露之點鏈線係表示顯示面板，且其為本案不主張設計之部分；2、前視圖與參考圖上面的分類項目「生活商機」、「主題投資」、「投資知識」、「名家分享」、「檸檬財經」、「文章總覽」、「認識股感」為本案不主張設計之部分；3、前視圖之關鍵字、聯想字、產業思維、商業思維、投資思維、文章標題、搜尋出的文章結果(文章標題、篇數、文章簡圖)的實際內容，可依據實際使用而有變化，其皆為本案不主張設計之部分；以及4、前視圖中知識圖譜的聯想字的順序排列、數量與放置位置可依據實際使用而有變化，本案已以參考圖舉例說明，故知識圖譜的聯想字的順序排列、數量與放置位置為本案不主張設計之部分；5、前視圖與參考圖中之紅色字體的文字皆為本案不主張設計之部分；6、前視圖與參考圖中之紅色半透明圖形方塊及其紅色半透明圖形方塊中的物件圖像皆為本案不主張設計之部分。

顯示面板之圖形化使用者介面
本設計所應用之物品係為顯示面板之圖形化使用者介面，其圖形化使用者介面為一可用於呈現關鍵字相對應之知識圖譜與文章的搜尋介面。進一步地，於前視圖之搜尋介面輸入關鍵字，前視圖會產生知識圖譜，知識圖譜具有關鍵字當作根節點，並有多個一階的聯想字之子節點，該等聯想字「產業思維」、「投資思維」與「商業思維」來分類。關鍵字與選擇的聯想字關聯的搜尋結果(包括文字說明「關鍵字」與「選擇的聯想字」的關聯搜尋」、「你可能需預先了解的知識」、關聯於選擇的聯想字的文章篇數與文章簡圖、被搜尋出的關聯於關鍵字與選擇的聯想字的文章之文章標題與文章簡圖)被顯示於前視圖的右邊。如參考圖所示，當關鍵字例如為「台積電」，依據「台積電」產生之知識圖譜的多個一階的聯想字依據「產業思維」、「投資思維」與「商業思維」來分類呈現，其中當「權值股」被選擇，參考圖右邊顯示「台積電」與「權值股」關聯的搜尋結果，其包括文字說明「台積電與權值股的關聯搜尋」、「你可能需預先了解的知識」、關聯於「權值股」的文章篇數與文章簡圖、被搜尋出關聯於「台積電」與「權值股」的文章之文章標題與文章簡圖。
茲就本案不主張的部分與可能變化的情況說明如下：1、前 視圖與參考圖所揭露之點鏈線係表示顯示面板，且其為本案不主張設計之部分；2、前視圖與參考圖上面的分類項目「生活商機」、「主題投資」、「投資知識」、「名家分享」、「檸檬財經」、「文章總覽」、「認識股感」為本案不主張設計之部分；3、前視圖之關鍵字、聯想字、產業思維、商業思維、投資思維、文章標題、搜尋出的文章結果(文章標題、篇數、文章簡圖)的實際內容，可依據實際使用而有變化，其皆為本案不主張設計之部分；以及4、前視圖中知識圖譜的聯想字的順序排列、數量與放置位置可依據實際使用而有變化，本案已以參考圖舉例說明，故知識圖譜的聯想字的順序排列、數量與放置位置為本案不主張設計之部分；5、前視圖與參考圖中之紅色字體的文字皆為本案不主張設計之部分；6、前視圖與參考圖中之紅色半透明圖形方塊及其紅色半透明圖形方塊中的物件圖像皆為本案不主張設計之部分。
