【物品用途】;本設計物品係為一種「衛生紙(七)」設計。;【設計說明】;本案設計為連續平面者，申請設計之圖面得省略立體圖，僅檢附呈現整體平面設計的平面圖，特此先敘明。;請參照本案平面圖，本設計之特點在於衛生紙花紋如本案平面圖所示，其係以實線線條構成之一大一小緊鄰相隨之蝴蝶圖紋之實線圖層及以若干點陣圓點的圓點排列呈參差不齊大小相錯之兩不同比例之太陽花圖騰兩相交錯佈列，及於蝴蝶圖紋實線圖層與太陽花圖騰間隙中再佈列若干點狀構成小花飾紋點綴環繞相稱，使凸顯其多重圖層交疊視覺，將該單元圖形以往下延伸形成一縱向連續花紋圖樣設計，由於本設計係為一平面之連續花紋設計，因此僅附上該連續花紋之平面圖及構成該連續花紋之單元圖。整體而言，使本設計之衛生紙的整體花紋形成一實線圖層及點陣形成虛線圖層視覺在交錯變化中卻同時具規則循環之連續圖面設計，並具有立體、推陳出新、豐富視覺的美感，誠為一衛生紙設計，應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。[Use of Item]; This design item is a "Toilet Paper (7)" design. ;[Design Description];If the design of this case is a continuous plane, the three-dimensional drawings of the applied design may be omitted, and only the plan showing the overall plane design shall be attached.
