本設計係有關一種杯子(三)，其外觀佈列及輪廓設計上乃如附圖所示之造型，該杯子分別具有杯身與杯蓋，該杯身呈圓球狀，且由該杯身前側上方以及杯蓋上設有連續的凸肋造形，該凸肋造形延伸至該杯身後側的勾狀提把，有該杯身底部周圍設計有前寬後窄的凸緣，該杯蓋則為圓盤狀。本設計整體，讓消費者有耳目一新之觀感，將有別於一般習用產品，完全符合設計專利申請之要件者。This design is related to a cup (3).
