【物品用途】;本設計物品係一種用於盛裝飲料的杯子，特別係一種包含杯蓋及把手之杯子。;【設計說明】;本設計之物品，詳如附圖所示，其中由於後視圖為相對於前視圖的對稱圖像，故予以省略；杯體參考圖為本設計移除杯蓋的杯體立體圖。;本設計之特點在於，本設計物品之杯體及杯蓋組合整體大略呈圓柱狀，物品頂端具有一杯蓋，該杯蓋頂表面之兩側呈現局部圓弧狀內凹設計，便於使用者拿取該杯蓋，且呈現特異視覺外觀；該杯體一側具有一把手，由上至下流暢延伸，便於使用者握持；如是構成之外觀具特異視覺效果之設計。
