【物品用途】;本創作之技術領域是關於鞋內的活動式鞋墊。;【設計說明】;本設計鞋墊包括：成型於該鞋墊之前部位的一橫弓、成型於該鞋墊之中間部位內側之一內側縱弓、成型於該鞋墊中間部位外側之一外側縱弓、成型於該鞋墊後部位的一跟窩部，該跟窩部是從該內側縱弓及該外側縱弓向後延伸的一曲弧側壁包圍而成；該鞋墊的中間部位成型數個支撐肋，該支撐肋凸出該鞋墊之底面且沿著該鞋墊的中軸線延伸，該鞋墊之頂面相對該支撐肋為互補形狀的凹溝；位於中間位置的該支撐肋呈直條狀，位於左、右的該支撐肋則分別呈向左及向右的曲弧條狀。該鞋墊的底面相對該跟窩部設一足跟支撐部，該足跟支撐部的中心線偏離該鞋墊的中心線，且是往該鞋墊後部位的外側偏移。該鞋墊沿其中軸線的方向呈現中間部位高於前部位及後部位之曲弧形，該橫弓之最低點與該足跟支撐部係切合在一水平基準線上。;本設計鞋墊為具有流線型起伏的立體態樣。

鞋墊
本創作之技術領域是關於鞋內的活動式鞋墊。
本設計鞋墊包括：成型於該鞋墊之前部位的一橫弓、成型於該鞋墊之中間部位內側之一內側縱弓、成型於該鞋墊中間部位外側之一外側縱弓、成型於該鞋墊後部位的一跟窩部，該跟窩部是從該內側縱弓及該外側縱弓向後延伸的一曲弧側壁包圍而成；該鞋墊的中間部位成型數個支撐肋，該支撐肋凸出該鞋墊之底面且沿著該鞋墊的中軸線延伸，該鞋墊之頂面相對該支撐肋為互補形狀的凹溝；位於中間位置的該支撐肋呈直條狀，位於左、右的該支撐肋則分別呈向左及向右的曲弧條狀。該鞋墊的底面相對該跟窩部設一足跟支撐部，該足跟支撐部的中心線偏離該鞋墊的中心線，且是往該鞋墊後部位的外側偏移。該鞋墊沿其中軸線的方向呈現中間部位高於前部位及後部位之曲弧形，該橫弓之最低點與該足跟支撐部係切合在一水平基準線上。
