【物品用途】;本創作係指一盆器之創作，尤其係指可用於室內、外開放空間等場所之植栽擺飾用。;【設計說明】;請參閱前視圖所示，本創作係為一種盆器之設計，主要具有一左右對稱之弧形線條，構成前、後、左、右四周面之弧形曲面，進而組成一上寬下窄優雅造型之一盆體，該一盆體底部四個角落各設有一座腳，使盆體底部中間處形成一具有排水作用之溝槽，再如俯視圖及仰視圖所示，其四周之邊線系由向外彎曲之外圓弧線所構成，並於該一盆器之四個角落處各設有一向內彎曲之內圓弧線，同時與四周之外圓弧線沿著前、後、左、右之兩對稱側之弧形曲面向下延伸至盆體底部之座腳，且該四個角落之內圓弧曲面可強化盆體之強度，避免盆體變形，再如仰視圖所示，該些座腳其底部中間處具排水作用之溝槽呈現出一對稱之十字樣態，又於盆體底部正中心處向外擴散一正圓形，使座腳之底面形狀如同雙向箭矢狀之設計，亦更可使該些座腳更加穩固，更具承載強度，又，該正圓形同時向盆內往上內凹延伸呈現為一椎體樣態，且於該椎體上設置有負數個圍繞同心圓陣列之穿孔，使其形成一較大面積之排水系統，其未穿設之部分係為骨架，該骨架部分則呈現一米字形強化骨架，以保持盆器排水系統之強度。;本設計之盆器系為一前、後、左、右相對稱之對稱體，其前、後、左、右之視圖系為相同造型，故以同一視圖代表之。;綜合以上說明，本設計實為一新穎且創新獨特之視覺設計效果。本設計誠已符合設計專利要件，爰依法提出申請。[Use of item]; This creation refers to the creation of a pot, especially for planting decorations that can be used in indoor and outdoor open spaces and other places. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the front view.
