【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種瓦斯燃燒器之設計專利，尤指一種手握型且可充填瓦斯使用之瓦斯燃燒器。;【設計說明】;如圖所示，基本上，本創作瓦斯燃燒器具有供手部握持的一長形握把，該握把頂部樞接能調整角度的一旋轉座，並在該旋轉座軸向接裝虛線所示的一燃燒管，其中該握把表面經由縱向、橫向和斜向的分割，以形成複數個幾何造形的面狀區塊；且該握把上方橫向設有一操控部，該操控部包括具有自動上鎖功能的一安全點火點火按鍵(虛線所示)，該安全點火按鍵一側設有能控制燃氣持續供應的一燃氣持續開關(虛線所示)，並在該燃氣持續開關對向另設一燃氣調節旋鈕，進而構成本創作；其中圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;整體觀之，本創作造形優美，線條流暢，尤其是整體造形的特殊設計，而具備機能與造形並重的訴求，使得整體表達出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在在符合設計之專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈　貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。

瓦斯燃燒器(十八)之部分
本創作係有關一種瓦斯燃燒器之設計專利，尤指一種手握型且可充填瓦斯使用之瓦斯燃燒器。
如圖所示，基本上，本創作瓦斯燃燒器具有供手部握持的一長形握把，該握把頂部樞接能調整角度的一旋轉座，並在該旋轉座軸向接裝虛線所示的一燃燒管，其中該握把表面經由縱向、橫向和斜向的分割，以形成複數個幾何造形的面狀區塊；且該握把上方橫向設有一操控部，該操控部包括具有自動上鎖功能的一安全點火點火按鍵(虛線所示)，該安全點火按鍵一側設有能控制燃氣持續供應的一燃氣持續開關(虛線所示)，並在該燃氣持續開關對向另設一燃氣調節旋鈕，進而構成本創作；其中圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
整體觀之，本創作造形優美，線條流暢，尤其是整體造形的特殊設計，而具備機能與造形並重的訴求，使得整體表達出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在在符合設計之專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈　貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。
