【物品用途】;本設計物品，係一種可供食用糕點的造型設計。;【設計說明】;本設計如附圖所示，係為一種利用相對稱動物造型模具形成可供食用糕點的外側動物造型，並在糕點的外側動物造型內部可夾設不同口味的餡料而形成糕點的造型設計。;本設計係一具有動物意象的糕點，由立體圖及六個視圖可看出，糕點前端表面設計有熊貓卡通化的動物臉譜，由動物臉譜的下方形成有兩手於其身體前端環握有東西好吃的意匠，使糕點呈現出立體的坐姿樣態，再由前視圖、後視圖、左側視圖、右側視圖觀察，糕點延續前後及左右側所顯示的外型形成熊貓外型厚度。本設計整體觀之，本設計的其中一表面具有動物的意象，而與實際動物的形體卻存在差異，是以本設計確係巧思及具卡通可愛造型所完成的設計。[Use of item]; This design item is a shape design for edible pastries. ;[Design Description];This design, as shown in the attached picture, uses a symmetrical animal-shaped mold to form an outer animal shape for edible pastry, and fillings of different flavors can be sandwiched inside the outer animal shape of the pastry.
