【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種與鞋體組成鞋子的鞋底之部分，特別是用以支持鞋面、抗地面磨擦與防滑之鞋底，同時可配合鞋面整體造形設計，使鞋子外貌更具特色與視覺感。;【設計說明】;本設計係關於鞋底之設計創新，本設計之鞋底，由立體圖與仰視圖觀察，位於鞋底的環周邊的最上緣形成波浪狀，以配合鞋面的設置，並且於還周邊表面位於鞋掌部至鞋跟部之間分布設有多個四邊形凸塊。由前、後視圖觀察，靠近鞋掌部之最前端凸塊體積較小，用以提供支撐腳趾頭部份，而靠近鞋掌部之凸塊為較大型之四邊形凸塊，用以提供支撐較大面積的腳掌部份，而靠近鞋跟部之凸塊，則按照腳跟與鞋底接觸面積大小，形成有較大體積也有小體積之多個四邊形凸塊，讓本創作之鞋底更具立體美感與實用之設計。由左、右側視圖觀察，本創作之鞋底形成凹凸分布的態樣而建構出獨一無二之設計，產生富有變化性之視覺效果。;本設計之鞋底，於鞋底表面上方係與鞋面結合，故省略俯視圖。;圖式所揭露之商標字樣部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。[Use of article]; This creation is about a part of the sole that forms a shoe with the shoe body, especially a sole used to support the upper, resist ground friction and prevent slipping. The large area of the sole of the foot, and the bumps near the heel, form multiple quadrilateral bumps with larger and smaller volumes according to the contact area between the heel and the sole, making the sole of this creation more three-dimensional and beautiful.
