【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種「雙層帳篷」，尤指一種用於戶外露營住宿或休息所使用，其提供了隱私、遮風、防雨、蔽日，且幾乎隨處可搭，而大部分帳篷空間可容下使用者以及裝備，可在冰河地區、冬季扎營、蚊蟲肆虐或動物出沒的戶外提供使用者一個安全的庇護所之一種雙層帳篷。;【設計說明】;本創作係有關於一種「雙層帳篷」之設計，特點如圖所示，為一雙層結構之多邊形體，上下層均有內帳及外帳，且外帳具有向前方延伸之延伸段，並具有複數大小不一之氣孔環繞分布；其在側邊具有複數之支撐部交錯排列；其底部具有複數支柱，另外在左前方及右後方設有梯架，使整體的視覺感覺有立體感，且不會過於單調，會造成不同的視覺感。;綜上所述，本創作除了特殊涵義上之外，在整體有層次感、立體感，簡潔且又不失大方的獨特不同造型，呈現對應分佈之視觀，即具有之美感，仰視圖為普通消費者於選購時或使用時不會注意之視面而不具設計特徵，故省略之。
