Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計關於一種「杯蓋之部分」的外形設計，特別是指可用於蓋設於一杯體之杯口，並且，也結合了簡潔的流線型、細長狀等立體設計，呈現俐落、大方、不凡之創設美感。;【設計說明】;本設計提供一種杯蓋的造型，包括杯蓋本體、穿設於杯蓋本體的吸管以及遮蓋吸管的吸管蓋。由立體圖1、俯視圖、仰視圖以及立體圖2、分解圖觀之，杯蓋本體的外表面朝內凹陷形成一凹槽，杯蓋本體的內表面也配合凹槽而突出形成一圓柱狀。進一步來說，配合使用狀態參考圖觀之，杯蓋本體的凹槽可供使用吸管時放置吸管蓋。由此可見，透過杯蓋本體與凹槽的特殊造型，整體造型新穎而獨特，在視覺上相當搶眼突出，有別於現有的杯蓋設計，也提供更方便的使用需求。;再者，由立體圖1、左側、右側、前、後、立體圖2觀之，吸管呈現長條形、管狀的外觀，其外觀線條採簡化設計，給人一種輕鬆自然的簡約時尚感。並且，由立體圖1、左側、右側、前、後、立體圖2、分解圖觀之，吸管蓋呈現圓柱椎狀的外觀，進而呈現類似圓頂帽的新穎造型。;整體觀之，本設計確實能襯托出更令人賞心悅目之穎異線條與造型視感，其展現創新的前衛設計，給人流行時尚的視覺感受。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本設計而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，設計專利範圍係以圖面所示者為準。
