【物品用途】;本改請案係由第107303946號設計案改請為第107303946號設計申請案之衍生設計。本設計係一種眼鏡,該眼鏡具有視覺上的新穎獨創,能夠予人獨樹一格之感。;【設計說明】;本設計之眼鏡請參閱各個視圖,該眼鏡由一鏡架及鼻架將一連體鏡片組接一體,且鏡架兩側分別以腳架連接,值得說明的是,腳架的尾端設置具有揚聲器功能的凸圓型的設計,該凸圓型實為揚聲器,能夠透過骨傳導提供通話與聽音樂得功能,另靠近鏡架處以擴大造型點綴,該擴大造型上並配置幾顆控制按鈕,用於調節音量,除此之外,腳架靠近該尾端凸圓型處設置蛇腹狀造型,藉此令左右兩側的腳架在凸圓型與擴大造型及蛇腹狀造型的相互呼應下具有對稱與和諧感,整體眼鏡在左右兩側的腳架牽引下,確能夠使得造型獨樹一格,而能夠將眼鏡和骨傳導揚聲器技術結合後進行了重新設計,骨傳導揚聲器元素之加入,能夠保證使用者在佩戴過程中不僅能夠聽到骨傳導揚聲器中的聲音,而且能夠感受到外界環境之聲音,在運動過程中更加安全舒適。;再者,本設計將具有骨傳導揚聲器設置在眼鏡的腳架後端,保證了使用者在佩戴過程中,揚聲器能夠隱藏在佩戴者耳背後面,而藉該蛇腹狀造型能夠提供彎折的功能(請參閱各個參考圖),保證了骨傳導揚聲器能夠與佩戴者的耳背充分貼合,提高耳機的使用體驗,本創作眼鏡之整體結構緊湊,小巧,富具流線型和現代感,符合人體工學設計,富具創作性,更予人獨樹一格之感,符合設計專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。[Purpose of article]; This modification application is a derivative design from Design Application No. 107303946 to Design Application No. 107303946.
