【物品用途】;一種可供書寫的筆。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關於一種筆設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體具有奇幻以及高科技之意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，整體而言本創作呈現為一長條型的筆，於中端處向前端漸縮成尖銳的前端，中端處往後則內部具有一空間，空間旁設有數個能觀察到空間內部長條狀的簍空部，並於空間中放置有二相互連接的中空圓柱型透明瓶，形成類似沙漏的態樣，配合尖銳前端，讓人彷彿看到一台可以穿梭時空的飛艇，給人充滿奇幻以及高科技的感受，簍空部旁還連接有一圓弧態樣的筆夾，如同飛艇上的導流板，再次增強了奇幻以及高科技的感受。;綜觀上述，本創作其具有奇幻以及高科技的風格，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合〔新穎性〕及〔設計性〕之設計要件，爰依專利法之規定向 鈞局提呈本案設計專利申請。尚 鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案設計之專利，實感德惠。【Item Usage】;A pen for writing. ;[Design Description];This design is about a pen design, especially the overall fantasy and high-tech artistic conception design as shown in the attached picture, so as to provide users with new visual enjoyment. ; Please refer to all the accompanying drawings.
