【物品用途】;本設計物品，係公共尋路裝置之標誌。;【設計說明】;本設計物品，如圖所示，本創作之圖像係概呈左上右下斜向排列，其主要係由半身人像與胸前掛聽診器的結合呈現醫師意向之設計，並輔以陰陽八卦圖案突顯整體視覺之中心，整體而言，本創作造型具清晰易懂、美觀新穎，且可予人一種中醫學意涵聯想之視覺感受，而呈現獨具一格之創作風貌，使得整體美觀與質感上有效提升，確符合設計專利之創新要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈賜專利權為禱。;1.使用狀態參考圖係本圖像施作於醫院科別銘牌標誌之示意圖。;2.圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案「不主張設計之部分」;3.俯視圖與仰視圖相同，故省略仰視圖。;4.左側視圖與右側視圖相同，故省略右側視圖。
