【物品用途】;本設計之物品為一種杯子，係為可盛裝液體之杯子。;【設計說明】;本設計係由杯緣、杯身及杯底構成一圓筒狀之杯體，其杯體一端係為開放端，另一端係為封閉端，並為透明可透視之杯子，其主要特色在於：該杯身下緣為向內漸縮並銜接至該杯底，呈現錐柱之態樣，且該杯底內縮而形成一向內凸出之圓柱體樣貌，使杯體與杯體間能夠相套合抵觸定位，藉此呈現出新穎、特殊，有別於一般杯子之視覺感受。;綜上所述，本設計之外觀造型創作特殊，爰依法提出設計專利申請。 1.     後視圖、左側視圖及右側視圖與前視圖相同，故省略後視圖、左側視圖、右側視圖。 2.     立體圖2係為本設計另一視角之立體圖。 3.     A-A端面剖視圖係為俯視圖沿著線條A-A所取得之剖面圖。

本設計係由杯緣、杯身及杯底構成一圓筒狀之杯體，其杯體一端係為開放端，另一端係為封閉端，並為透明可透視之杯子，其主要特色在於：該杯身下緣為向內漸縮並銜接至該杯底，呈現錐柱之態樣，且該杯底內縮而形成一向內凸出之圓柱體樣貌，使杯體與杯體間能夠相套合抵觸定位，藉此呈現出新穎、特殊，有別於一般杯子之視覺感受。
