【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種宗教法器，尤指一種九節鞭。;【設計說明】;從各視圖觀之，主要其外觀上之特徵為：該九節鞭包括一鞭柄以及一鞭體，該鞭體係具有相層疊之九個鞭柱，該九個鞭柱皆呈圓柱狀，並於該各鞭柱的兩端部外徑以導圓角呈現，且該些鞭柱的外表面各設有四平面，又該些鞭柱體積各不相同，並依大小漸縮排列而成，更於該鞭體前端更設有一頂柱，整體呈現出一種圓滿、莊嚴之視覺觀感，誠為一九節鞭之部分新式樣設計，另外，圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分，以上應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。;1、後視圖與前視圖相對稱，是故省略之。;2、右側視圖與左側視圖相對稱，是故省略之。[Use of item]; This creation is about a religious instrument, especially a nine-section whip. ;[Design Description];From various views, the main appearance features are: the nine-section whip includes a whip handle and a whip body.
