【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種用於園藝使用，供修剪植物枝葉等部位之「枝剪」樣式創新設計。;【設計說明】;從各視圖觀之，主要其外觀上之特徵為：本創作係提供一種枝剪，該枝剪係由上、下握柄交錯結合有刀顎部及刀刃部而成，該上、下握柄間設置一圓柱狀之彈簧，該上握柄前端組接一概呈S狀之刀顎部，而下握柄前端則組接有一概呈L狀之刀刃部，且該刀顎部及刀刃部係透過鎖件相樞接，並於刀顎部側邊結合一半圓凸塊，又該刀刃部緊鄰下握柄具有一長槽，並可沿著該長槽滑動地設有一擋止件，而該刀顎部相對擋止件則設有一凹弧部，以受擋止件扣合固定，整體呈現出一種雅緻、新穎之視覺觀感，誠為一枝剪之新式樣設計，應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈 鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。

從各視圖觀之，主要其外觀上之特徵為：本創作係提供一種枝剪，該枝剪係由上、下握柄交錯結合有刀顎部及刀刃部而成，該上、下握柄間設置一圓柱狀之彈簧，該上握柄前端組接一概呈S狀之刀顎部，而下握柄前端則組接有一概呈L狀之刀刃部，且該刀顎部及刀刃部係透過鎖件相樞接，並於刀顎部側邊結合一半圓凸塊，又該刀刃部緊鄰下握柄具有一長槽，並可沿著該長槽滑動地設有一擋止件，而該刀顎部相對擋止件則設有一凹弧部，以受擋止件扣合固定，整體呈現出一種雅緻、新穎之視覺觀感，誠為一枝剪之新式樣設計，應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈 鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。
