【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種「顯示螢幕的圖形化使用者介面」。;【設計說明】;本設計之圖形化使用者介面的外周緣具有複數個應用程式的圖樣，其圖樣的數量及位置，可依使用者的設定而改變。;當位於圖形化使用者介面周緣的應用程式呈現被選取態樣時，該應用程式的圖樣將對應產生改變，而位於圖形化使用者介面的中間處則呈現該被選取的應用程式之預覽圖樣。前視圖1及前視圖2分別為本設計之應用程式的圖樣被選取態樣。;以下將說明本設計之變化示意：如使用狀態參考圖1至使用狀態參考圖6所示，當圖形化使用者介面周緣受到滑動並觸碰滑動軌跡上的應用程式的圖樣後，使該應用程式的圖樣呈現被選取態樣，且圖形化使用者介面的中間處呈現被選取的應用程式之預覽圖樣。;本設計以順時針滑動為例作說明，其逆時針滑動、或任意觸碰應用程式之預覽圖樣其視覺呈現亦相同。;1.圖式所揭露之一點鏈線係表示所應用之顯示螢幕，為本案不主張設計之部分，且圖式中一點鏈線所圍繞者，係界定本案所欲主張之範圍。;2.圖式中所揭露之虛線，為本案不主張設計之部分。;3.使用狀態參考圖式中虛線繪製的手指圖案係呈現觸控物件觸碰部位和軌跡。;4.前視圖1至前視圖2依序產生變化外觀之顯示螢幕的圖形化使用者介面。;整體觀之，本設計之顯示螢幕的圖形化使用者介面係表現了新穎特異的視覺效果及創作性，並於申請前未見於刊物或公開使用，故而符合設計專利要件。【Item Usage】;This design is about a "graphical user interface that displays a screen". ;[Design Description];The outer periphery of the graphical user interface of this design has multiple application patterns.
