【物品用途】;本設計物品，係一種以電池為電源，便於攜帶提供照明的手持燈具。;【設計說明】;本設計之設計特點在於，該手持燈具設有一蛇管，該蛇管一端接設一圓筒形燈頭，該燈頭外徑由中段往蛇管方向漸縮形成一錐形段，該燈頭與蛇管相接處形成一漸縮接平直之概呈漏斗狀連接部，另該燈頭正面設有一圓形透空部，該透空部上結合有一透明片體，該燈頭內部設有一電路板對應該透空部，該電路板朝向透空部的一面設有發光二極體(LED)，又該燈頭周面靠近正面處環設有三道長形槽；整體線條簡潔、大方，呈現出現代又前衛的巧思，不僅具有獨立而明顯突破性之新奇感受，且營造出有別於以往手持燈具之新穎美感，誠為一手持燈具之部分的首創新式樣，應已符合新式樣專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請。;1.圖式所揭露之紅色遮蔽區域，為本案不主張設計之部分。【Use of item】;This design item is a handheld lamp that uses battery as power source and is easy to carry and provide lighting. ;[Design Description];The design feature of this design is that the hand-held lamp is equipped with a coiled tube.
