Abstract

【物品用途】;本物品係一種調壓器，可將壓力流體調壓為所期望的壓力。;在使用時，如顯示使用狀態之參考圖所示，使用間隔件等連接機構將本物品與過濾器等其他流體壓力機器連接。接著，旋轉把手而將調壓彈簧設定為所期望的壓力，透過膜片來調整對於閥體的推壓力。當在此狀態下從一方的壓力流體導出導入通口供給壓力流體時，閥體會藉由調壓彈簧的壓力與作用於膜片之壓力流體的壓力的差而動作，且壓力流體會被調壓為所期望的壓力。在調整壓力後，壓力流體係經由另一方的壓力流體導出導入通口而被供給至其他流體壓力機器。;【設計說明】;本設計物品之調壓器係包含主體、及從主體下部接連設置之把手(參照顯示各部名稱之參考立體圖1及顯示各部名稱之參考立體圖2)。主體係呈大致長方體狀，在主體的兩側面設有彼此連通的壓力流體導出導入通口。在壓力流體導出導入通口的左右設有與未圖示之連接機構卡合的凸緣，在壓力流體導出導入通口的上下設有供未圖示之連接機構嵌合的嵌合溝。在與主體之前述兩側面不同的其他側面設有用以安裝壓力計的壓力計安裝穴。在主體的內部設有：未圖示的調壓彈簧、未圖示的膜片、用以與該膜片相接而將壓力流體的連通路(未圖示)予以開閉之未圖示的閥體。調壓彈簧係藉由把手的旋轉而壓縮或伸長，以調整對於膜片的推壓力。把手為圓筒狀，在其外周朝軸線方向設有複數個凸條部。;本設計之創作特徵在於調壓器的整體形狀。
