【物品用途】;本設計護膝為一種彈性織物，能束縛於人體膝關節外部，並延伸套設於大腿下方、小腿上方以加強固定保護膝關節。;【設計說明】;本設計如附圖所示，該護膝本體概呈中空圓筒狀，且外表具有第一織紋區，且本體在相對應膝關節前方設有概呈多邊形的第二織紋區，在上下方及左右兩側分別設置複數長條形的第三織紋區，所述本體與各織紋區又具有不同的編織方向與編織疏密度，產生豐富的視覺感受。;整體觀之，本設計造型創新獨特，符合新穎性及創作性要件，並且能呈現出前所未有的視覺意象，遂依法提出設計專利之申請。;圖式之俯視圖及仰視圖不具設計特徵，故予以省略。[Purpose of Item]; This designed knee pad is an elastic fabric that can be bound to the outside of the human knee joint, and extended to the lower part of the thigh and the upper part of the calf to strengthen the fixation and protect the knee joint. ;[Design Description];This design is as shown in the accompanying drawings. The knee pad body is generally in the shape of a hollow cylinder, and has a first textured area on the outside, and the body is provided with a generally polygonal second texture in front of the corresponding knee joint. In the texture area, a plurality of long strip-shaped third texture areas are respectively provided on the upper and lower sides and on the left and right sides. The main body and each texture area have different weaving directions and weaving density, creating a rich visual experience. ; Overall, this design is innovative and unique, meets the requirements of novelty and creativity, and can present unprecedented visual imagery, so an application for a design patent was filed in accordance with the law. ;The top view and bottom view of the drawing do not have design features, so they are omitted.
