【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種「鞋底」新設計，特別是用以支持鞋面、抗地面磨擦與防滑之鞋底，同時可配合鞋面整體造型設計之裝飾用，使鞋子外貌更具特色與視覺感。;【設計說明】;仰視圖於使用時係與鞋面結合，為使用時或消費者購買時不會注意的視面，故省略之。;本案主張設計之部分，請參閱各附圖所示，本創作整體略呈人體足部輪廓，由立體圖與俯視圖觀之，本創作之鞋底設有複數個橫向之倒ㄑ型溝槽，藉由該溝槽將鞋底分隔成於前掌部與後掌部之立體幾何圖形突起，並於前掌部與後掌部連結處另設一幾何圖形之凹槽；由左、右側視圖及前視圖觀察，本創作之鞋底，設有一環狀突起環繞於前掌部，讓本創作之鞋底產生更立體、更具美感之形狀設計。而足部兩側則為弧線形紋路所形成之流線造型及溝槽。;本創作之「鞋底」，藉由幾何圖形之立體突起與溝槽而建構出獨一無二之設計，產生富有變化性之視覺效果。實為一特殊且實用之新設計，故本創作實符合專利申請之要件，爰依法提出申請。[Use of item]; This creation is about a new design of "shoe sole", especially a sole used to support the upper, resist ground friction and prevent slipping.
