【物品用途】;本設計係為一種盒體之創新造型，尤指一種可供容裝糖果、餅乾等零食之糖果盒造形。;【設計說明】;請配合參閱各圖所示，本設計係為一種糖果盒之創新造型，其具有一盒體及一對應蓋設於盒體上方之蓋體，而蓋體係透明蓋體，其中，盒體係呈半圓形體，且底部形成平坦面；另外，盒體靠進頂端邊緣之兩側向外延伸出兩延伸件，而兩延伸件由左側視圖及右側視圖觀之，係由不同曲線之波浪狀所延伸形成之皺摺紋路，且由俯視圖觀之，兩延伸件呈傘狀，又，左側之延伸件之傘狀面積大於右側之延伸件之傘狀面積，因此，兩延伸件呈現如蝴蝶結造形，由俯視圖觀之，盒體搭配兩延伸件整體呈現如同糖果外包裝之結構，藉此，整體糖果盒呈現出新穎、可愛之外形並具有創作性之視覺效果，誠符合設計要件，故依法提出設計專利申請。[Use of item]; This design is an innovative shape of a box, especially a candy box shape that can be used to hold candies, biscuits and other snacks. ;[Design description];Please refer to the figures shown in the figure.
