【物品用途】;休閒用鞋;【設計說明】;本設計係關於鞋之形狀創新，如立體圖及前、後視圖，本設計設有鞋面，鞋面係由包含各類形狀與不同顏色裝飾花紋構成，且包覆於鞋中底側邊，並往上延伸，本設計之鞋面並至少包含有二環面(如左、右側視圖及俯視圖)，接近於腳掌部前環面與鞋內表面之距離小於後環面，至於前環面與後環面之寬度相當，但長度不同，以配合人體之腳背形狀，讓穿戴更舒適，前、後環面均設有可調整長度扣具，讓前、後環面之右片覆蓋於左片另上方(如前、後視圖及右側視圖)，鞋面位於前述掌部之範圍具有較大包覆面積，足以保護穿戴者；再由左、右側視圖觀察，本設計採用較高之鞋底為襯托，再由俯視圖與仰視圖觀察，本設計之前端採用較為圓滑之形狀，且前述前環面並較接近於前端之位置，再藉由下至上之紅、白、黑明顯層次之鞋底更能襯托出彩色鞋面之設計質感，讓整體更具立體視覺效果、美感與實用兼具之形狀設計。;本設計圖式所揭露之鞋底半透明填色部分不主張，且鞋內之商標「ZOBR，Air-Cushion spirit」為本創作人之商標，不在主張之列。
