【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種飾品上之寶石。;【設計說明】;本創作為一種整體形狀如圖所示的寶石，本創作之寶石所呈現的切割形狀由上部俯視角度觀看係在中央構成一個八邊形，八邊形每邊外側切割有五邊形，每兩個五邊形之間具有一菱形，各菱形兩側分別具有相對稱的三角形，該寶石中部是一圍邊，該寶石下部係均分為八等份，每一等份均具有四個三角形和一個細長的菱形，且由仰視圖角度觀看，寶石下部如萬花筒圖案。;由上所述，本創作所提供之寶石藉由切割形狀，令寶石由內部和外部反射回來的白光，與白光被分析成七彩的光譜色及寶石所產生的閃爍度，呈現本創作之寶石獨有的奪目光輝，不但具有相當的新穎性及創作性，且未見於同類產品之造形設計中，誠不失為一優異、突出之創新設計，爰依法申請專利。
