Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計係為一種能夠接收藍芽訊號或者音頻訊號的藍芽喇叭，可用來播放音樂。;【設計說明】;本設計如附圖所示，整體輪廓以骷髏頭為主要視覺效果，所述骷髏頭配戴一附頭戴式耳機，耳機的頭帶凸出骷髏頭頭頂，且頭帶兩端具有圓弧罩體對應於骷髏頭耳骨的位置，傳達出聆聽音樂的視覺意象。;再者，骷髏頭的上下排牙齒呈略為凸出的咬合狀，其中上排牙齒中一側門齒能夠以不同於骷髏頭的色彩呈現，有畫龍點睛的效果，使立體視覺效果更為醒目。;另外，骷髏頭的一對眼窩及後腦勺設有複數透音孔，後腦勺下方設有複數傳輸孔，該等透音孔與傳輸孔為功能性設計；實施時，亦可以在骷髏頭內部設置能夠隨著音樂閃爍的LED燈，並且通過該等透音孔發光，增加整體設計的新穎性。;整體觀之，本設計造型創新獨特，符合新穎性及創作性要件，並且能呈現出前所未有的視覺意象，遂依法提出設計專利之申請。
