【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種眼鏡之部分設計，尤其是指一種可供使用者配戴，用以保護眼睛或遮陽擋風的眼鏡之部分設計。;【設計說明】;本創作為一種眼鏡之部分設計，如圖式所示，本創作之眼鏡採無框設計，其外觀主要由一鏡片、兩鏡腳，及一中樑與鼻墊組成。;其中兩鏡腳的前端分別具有一鉸練部，該兩鉸練部具有較大的直徑，由俯視圖觀察，兩鉸練部外側的尾端局部地向後延伸且部分地覆蓋於兩鏡腳前端的外側，而從左右視圖觀察，兩鉸練部前端呈楔形且嵌入於鏡片兩側尾端的上側的缺口中，同時兩鉸練部的外側表面修飾以一前寬後窄的長V形淺凹槽，而更增添該兩鉸練部生動活潑的造型趣味。兩鏡腳銜接於腳鍊部的尾端，並且從俯視圖及仰視圖觀察，兩鏡腳形成中段外擴而尾端向內彎折的曲線造型。該中樑部分夾設於鏡片中央的上端位置，由前視圖觀察，該中樑概略形成X形的造型，且其正面形成一稜角狀的突起部。本創作之眼鏡透過以上造型組合，產生充滿前衛風格且造型洗鍊的造型意象。;特別說明，圖式所揭露之顏色，以及黃色半透明填色之鏡片部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。[Purpose of the article]; This creation is about a partial design of glasses, especially a partial design of glasses that can be worn by the user to protect the eyes or block the sun and wind. ;[Design Description];This creation is a partial design of glasses. When viewed from a top view, the outer tail ends of the two hinged portions partially extend backwards and partially cover the front ends of the two temple legs. The outside of the lens, and viewed from the left and right views, the front ends of the two hinges are wedge-shaped and embedded in the gaps on the upper sides of the tail ends on both sides of the lens. At the same time, the outer surfaces of the two hinges are modified with a long V-shaped shallow concave that is wide at the front and narrow at the back. The grooves add to the lively modeling interest of the two hinged parts. The two temple legs are connected to the tail end of the anklet part, and when viewed from a top view and a bottom view, the two temple legs form a curved shape with the middle section expanding outward and the tail end bending inward.
