Abstract

【物品用途】;本案設計之物品係醫療用液體之塗抹器。如「顯示各部名稱之參考俯視圖」所記載，內藏有「液體收納容器」，當按壓「致動套管」時容器打開，所收納之液體自下端之圓形孔浸透至「塗佈墊」。於握把前端之塗佈墊安裝部，於圓形孔之周圍形成有大致三角狀之凹部，於凹部之前側設置有俯視時大致月牙狀之凸部(月牙狀凸部分)。藉由該「月牙狀凸部分」可調整液體對塗佈墊之浸透，可使液體浸透至塗佈墊整體。;【設計說明】;於各圖中，圖式所揭露之實線部分(月牙狀凸部分)為本案主張設計之部分。圖式所揭露之虛線部分為本案不主張設計之部分。本案設計係液體收納容器與塗佈墊為不透明，但握把與致動套管為透明，且自俯視方向視認「月牙狀凸部分」。後視圖因與前視圖對稱而省略。;本案設計係新穎獨特之樣式，藉由獨特地設計醫療用液體塗抹器，可顯現出先前技藝所未有之視覺效果。
