【物品用途】;本設計係一種「飲料容器蓋體之部分」之設計專利，其係一種裝設於飲料容器上，以供啟閉該飲料容器之物品。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種新穎獨特的飲料容器蓋體，該蓋體係由一上蓋體與一下蓋體樞接而成，其中該下蓋體之構型係呈一圓筒狀，該上蓋體鄰近頂面之周緣係為一倒角之設計，使得該蓋體能在簡約之中帶有沉著穩定之感受，該上蓋體之頂面設有一按壓元件，其左側係設有一連接件，該連接件之中段部係能抵靠於該下蓋體，其構型係呈一水滴狀，整體觀之，本設計之造型巧奪天工，視覺設計上予人結構鮮明，且暗藏細微變化的設計感，充分表現出創新的風格，完全合乎設計專利要件。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
