【物品用途】;本設計係一種「杯子之部分」之設計專利，其係一種可供容納液體用之容器。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種造型簡約大方的杯子，該杯子係由一本體及一蓋體所構成，該本體之構型大致呈一上寬下窄之圓筒狀，且該本體之側緣輪廓係呈向內彎曲的弧線，使得該本體之構型能呈現出樹木般之視覺效果，而該蓋體則係設於該本體之頂部，呈現出樹冠般之視覺效果，又，該蓋體之頂端係設有一卡扣元件，呈現出一種小鳥躲藏於樹冠中之意象，此外，鄰近該杯子之頂側的位置，向外延伸設有一握把，該握把之一端係向下延伸彎折，呈現出樹木垂鬚之意象，整體觀之，本設計之造型新穎時尚，且暗藏具自然意象之設計巧思，使整體呈現出簡潔有力之視覺感受，完全合乎設計專利要件。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
