【物品用途】;本創作係為一種藉由震動方式供以將美容保養液導入皮膚之敷片震動裝置。;【設計說明】;自立體圖觀之，本敷片震動裝置有一長形握柄及一自長形握柄上方以平緩角度逐漸延伸的截頂圓錐，該截頂圓錐係以層進式逐漸擴大，底部進而連接於握柄上端，呈現一平順圓潤之視覺觀感，握柄呈一長圓弧體，長圓弧體的厚度呈彎弧狀漸縮，且握柄亦具人體工學之彎度，且以弧角取代稜角之設計，更進而傳達出外型精巧且及具親和力的感受。復自前視圖觀之，上方有一如火山口形狀設置，呈現生氣勃勃之視覺觀感，長形握柄下方有複數呈矩陣排列之三角形，三角形外部圍有一圓圈，且圓圈上下中央有一對稱之缺口，此外，有一對稱六角形位於長形握柄中央，有如一六角之盾牌，且邊緣有複數優美流線圍繞設置，不同幾何圖形之排列，予人豐富之視覺觀感。自後視圖觀之，係一長軸垂直於地表之長橢圓形，且有複數平行弧線位於頂端，呈現簡潔的視覺觀感，又長橢圓形之下方有兩矩形對稱排列，弧線及矩形於同一視角出現，使整體視覺充滿對比之美感。自左側視圖觀之，係有複數平滑曲線疏落有致之設置，予人優雅又極具曲線美之視覺美感，右側視圖則與左側視圖相仿，惟左右相反，故不再加以贅述。又自俯視圖視之，有複數環狀形平行排列，整體觀之有如一具動力感之砲台，然自仰視圖視之，一小半橢圓形及一大半橢圓形之上下組合，並搭配不同弧度之曲線排列，彷彿形成一古典童趣之俄羅斯娃娃，於不同之視覺角度，呈現不同於習知之設計觀感，足見創作者之巧思。;綜上所述，創作者極具巧思之設計，立體造型上凹凸有致之設計，於圖形之設計上則顯現剛柔並濟，且線條設計亦顯圓潤簡約，且整體造型承襲古典主義以來之對稱之美，爰依法提出設計專利申請。[Use of article]; This creation is a vibrating device for applying beauty care liquid into the skin through vibration. ;[Design Description];Viewed from a three-dimensional view, this patch vibrating device has a long handle and a truncated cone that gradually extends at a gentle angle from the top of the long handle.
