【物品用途】;本設計係有關於一種「手機」之設計專利，使用者可經由該「手機」進行撥號、攝影、音訊播放。;【設計說明】;本設計為一種直立造型的行動電話，由立體圖與正視圖觀察，手機之正面具有大型液晶螢幕，液晶螢幕上方設置有一圓形的攝像鏡頭。且手機整體上方與下方具有微微的突起，手機上方與下方採類似等腰三角形之設計，而其頂點為圓弧狀，使手機整體呈現略微接近六角形的外觀。由後視圖觀之，手機後方偏高處設置有一圓形攝像鏡頭，該圓形攝像鏡頭有別於一般之攝像鏡頭，占據手機背面較大之表面積，且該大型攝像鏡頭的外圍被一具有拋光表面特質的飾板所環繞，而大型攝像鏡頭左右兩側分別設置有兩個圓形的補光燈，這兩個圓形補光燈均是採用向外突出的設計。;由左側視圖與右側視圖觀之，本設計之手機非常的輕薄，使用起來相當方便，且從手機側面可以看到手機背面之圓形攝像鏡頭微微突起。;由仰視圖與俯視圖觀之，手機的背板是一整體的曲線，使手機背面呈現一具有弧度的形狀，使其具有更佳的使用手感。;另外，於手機背蓋下方之文字「meitu」並不屬於本設計之申請標的。;綜上所述，本創作之「手機」為全新獨特之設計感，完全符合設計專利之要件，爰依法提出申請，並祈貴審查員明察，早日賜予專利，實感德便。[Use of the item]; This design is a design patent for a "mobile phone" through which users can dial, take pictures, and play audio. ;[Design Description];This design is an upright mobile phone, viewed from a perspective view and a front view.
