【物品用途】;本設計物品，係為耳朵穿孔之耳領結。;【設計說明】;本設計之設計特點在於其整體大致呈環形開口狀，開口處的兩端部形成有向外延伸的觸角造型，如是構成整體外觀具特異視覺效果之設計。;本設計之耳領結如附圖所示，其整體外形設計新穎美觀，為根據使用機能所作之最佳與最合理之設計，申請前未見於刊物亦未公開使用，符合設計專利要件。
