【物品用途】;本創作係作為一種二輪交通運輸工具。;【設計說明】;本創作係有關於一種機車之外觀設計，本創作設計特徵是一種新美學的機械量感設計。源自軍事裝甲車技術功能概念，為了減低爆炸波衝擊破壞功能引導下，創造出斜角塊面組合，也孕育出新造型美學概念，也就是「形隨機能而生」設計。如立體圖所示，本創作以將機械剛硬結構特性的外型轉化，以幾何斜角塊面的堆疊、層次組合為造型架構，藉由大塊面切削下，自然交會出剛直線條和富有個性的侵略感造型，更展現出壯碩、粗獷的美式越野風格，達到不同的視覺衝擊。車頭大燈菱形橫置雙大燈設計，內設有電波造型燈眉，強化造型辨識。前兩側面板造型以箭狀且內凹走勢設計，二側整體視效呈“x”形態向前伸展，上方兩邊轉折段差曲面向下延伸至大燈殼，形成特殊的怒眉造型。三角盾狀前面板搭配組立於上方。前土除將越野機車前土除設計作轉換採高掛式，以銳利線條與斜角塊面組合為主，強調其靈活、輕;量和機能感。前手把以著重功能為主，取消裝飾覆蓋部品，呈現乾淨且極具功能的視覺感。後車身以細長菱形及斜角塊面的堆疊為造型架構，創造出輕盈、靈活和紮實感。後支架以分離式飛鏢形態設計，將汽車擾流尾翼造型和握把功能整合在一起。尾燈為雙邊分離造型。本創作符合設計專利要件。;1.本案不主張色彩。;2.仰視圖在使用時係朝向地面，非本案重點，故省略。[Use of item]; This creation is intended as a two-wheeled transportation tool. ;[Design Description];This creation is about the appearance design of a motorcycle. The design feature of this creation is a new aesthetic mechanical design. Derived from the technical and functional concept of military armored vehicles, in order to reduce the impact and damage of explosion waves, a combination of beveled blocks was created, which also gave birth to a new aesthetic concept, that is, the "form is born from function" design. As shown in the three-dimensional view, this creation transforms the rigid structural characteristics of machinery into appearance, using the stacking and hierarchical combination of geometric beveled blocks as the modeling structure. By cutting large blocks of surfaces, rigid straight lines and individuality are naturally intersected. The aggressive shape also shows a strong and rugged American off-road style, achieving a different visual impact. The front headlights are designed with double horizontal headlights in a rhombus shape, and are equipped with radio wave shaped eyebrows to enhance the shape recognition. The panels on both sides of the front are designed in an arrow-shaped and concave shape. The overall visual effect on the two sides extends forward in an "X" shape. The curved surfaces of the turning sections on the upper two sides extend downward to the headlight housing, forming a special angry eyebrow shape. A triangular shield-shaped front panel is assembled above. The front scavenger converts the design of the off-road motorcycle's front scavenger into a high-mounted type. It is mainly composed of sharp lines and beveled blocks, emphasizing its flexibility, lightness, weight and functionality. The front handlebar focuses on functionality, eliminating decorative covering parts, presenting a clean and highly functional visual sense. The rear body uses a stack of slender rhombus and bevel blocks as the structural structure, creating a sense of lightness, flexibility and solidity. The rear bracket is designed in a separated dart shape, integrating the shape of the car spoiler and the grip function. The taillights are bilaterally separated.
