【物品用途】;本設計係為一種燈泡,特別指一種利用LED管作為發光元件之燈泡。;【設計說明】;本設計係為一種之360度LED燈芯柱外觀設計,由立體圖配合其他視圖觀之,該燈芯柱主要包含有一連接座,該連接座係向上延伸具有一LED模組,該LED模組係具有一中芯柱及二LED管,該中芯柱係豎立於該連接座頂面之中心位置處,該等LED管係以該中芯柱為中心,並呈一相對交錯之傾斜設置,且該等LED管係透過電焊與該中芯柱相連接,並利用傳統鎢絲燈泡製程中抽去真空,並注入純氮作為製程中降溫與確保隔絕水氣影響,其係可減緩該等LED管因發光之熱能而產生光衰現象,藉此,使本設計之360度LED燈芯柱整體外觀之充滿立體、簡單、大方之美感,而能給予使用者強烈之印象,不僅突破習知LED燈泡平淡呆板之造型,且使本設計可產生一特別而又獨具風格者。;綜上所述,本設計確為新穎獨特之設計,確具巧思與創意,且已突破習知LED燈泡之泛用造型,將現代設計美學發揮地淋漓盡致,獨具意匠創作,同時本設計在申請前並未見公開確具新穎性乃毋庸置疑,爰依法提請設計專利者。[Purpose of the item]; This design is a light bulb, specifically a light bulb that uses LED tubes as light-emitting elements. ;[Design Description];This design is a 360-degree LED lamp core column appearance design, viewed from a three-dimensional view and other views.
