【物品用途】;本設計創作係關於一種椅子，可供坐憩之用。;【設計說明】;本設計創作之椅子包含一本體與一椅背，該本體與該椅背係以樞接方式結合，其中該本體包含一坐置部，該坐置部兩側設有二扶手，該二扶手前側由上端先呈一凹弧後呈一凸弧向下延伸，該二扶手後側則呈一由上而下且由前而後延伸之直線，該坐置部底部設有四椅腳；該椅背頂側呈一微弧形且兩側向前凸出形成凸弧形之二凸出部，該二凸出部下端在與該二扶手等高處向前直線延伸至與該二扶手相接後呈斜直線向下收窄。本設計創作整體外觀皆呈籐編之紋路與造型，予人一種別緻典雅之感，且符合設計專利之規定，爰依法提出專利申請。;圖式所揭露色彩的部分，特此敘明為本案不主張設計之部分。;本設計創作之該椅背與該本體樞轉狀態之示意圖。[Item Usage];This design creation is about a chair that can be used for sitting and resting.;[Design Description];The chair of this design creation includes a body and a chair back, and the body and the chair back are connected in a hinged manner, wherein the body includes a seat portion, and two armrests are provided on both sides of the seat portion, and the front sides of the two armrests extend downward from the upper end in a concave arc first and then in a convex arc, and the rear sides of the two armrests are in a straight line extending from top to bottom and from front to back, and the bottom of the seat portion is provided with four chair legs; the top side of the chair back is in a slightly arc shape and the two sides protrude forward to form two convex arc-shaped protrusions, and the lower ends of the two protrusions extend forward in a straight line at the same height as the two armrests until they meet the two armrests and then narrow downward in an oblique straight line.
