【物品用途】;本設計物品，係一種檯燈之燈罩設計。;【設計說明】;本設計係一可設置在燈臂上的燈罩，其中，包含一本體及一轉軸部；發光模組係安裝於本體內面；利用轉軸部可與燈臂結合。所述本體為一扁長的矩形造型，四個轉角做了圓角處理，較大平面向上略為高凸形成一內縮的段差；由前視圖觀察，本體表面造有一狹隙，並造有利用條形及圓形所構成之平面構圖；由後視圖示出，燈罩本體具有一片透光區，配合左側、右側視圖觀察，靠近轉軸部處形成為弧凸造型。;整體觀之，本設計整體簡約中仍展現出高雅獨特的現代感，是已脫離習見檯燈燈罩造型之窠臼，應符合新穎性及創作性要件，遂依法提出設計專利之申請。[Item Usage];This design item is a lampshade design for a desk lamp.; [Design Description];This design is a lampshade that can be set on a lamp arm, which includes a body and a shaft; the light-emitting module is installed on the inner surface of the body; and the lamp arm can be combined with the shaft. The body is a flat and long rectangular shape, with four rounded corners, and the larger plane is slightly convex upward to form an inward step; from the front view, a narrow gap is made on the surface of the body, and a plane composition composed of strips and circles is made; from the rear view, the lampshade body has a light-transmitting area, and when observed from the left and right side views, it forms an arc convex shape near the shaft. Overall, the design is simple yet elegant and unique, breaking away from the stereotype of common lamp shades. It should meet the requirements of novelty and creativity, so we filed an application for a design patent in accordance with the law.
