【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種腰靠坐墊之設計，其包含有坐墊、腰靠及連接於坐墊、腰靠間之兩連接部，該坐墊、腰靠形狀符合人體工學，可以完全服貼於使用者身體表面，除了藉坐墊供人體臀部貼靠之外，可藉該腰靠供人體腰部、臀部貼靠，而具腰部、臀部的支撐、塑形效果，且可增進矯正坐姿之功效。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關於一種腰靠坐墊之設計，其統體視覺美觀大方、線條流暢清新，充份展現高雅、暢適立體感，而予人一種賞心悅目之視覺美感者。;請參照各圖所示，本設計坐墊形狀主要界定有一U形膨突體以及一凹陷部，其中U形膨突體表面線條為流線圓潤狀曲弧，曲弧成一氣呵成狀不帶稜角，且凹陷部符合人體臀部工學造型，坐墊可用以支撐服貼於使用者之臀部，而由俯視圖觀之坐墊之U形膨突體形狀狀似嘴巴微笑，可以予人一種可愛、趣味及穩固大方之視覺感受，且坐墊之凹陷部被U形膨突體一部份被包圍烘托映襯，而可以豐富坐墊整體造型意象，以及形成鮮明強;烈之視覺感受。;而腰靠成一弧面形狀，且與坐墊配合形成符合人體工學的L型貼靠支撐面，給予人舒適大方的新穎感受。;請再參閱使用狀態參考圖一、使用狀態參考圖二，本設計中連接於坐墊、腰靠間之兩連接部為可調整長度狀。;本設計不主張色彩之特徵。;綜合以上所述，本設計具有獨特之美感，其已符合設計之專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請。[Item Usage];This design is about a lumbar support cushion, which includes a cushion, a lumbar support and two connecting parts between the cushion and the lumbar support.
