【物品用途】;本設計是一種糕餅，尤指一種外觀為兔子造型的糕餅。;【設計說明】;如各圖所示，本設計之糕餅經造形化設計，而呈現出外觀如兔子造型的本體，首先，以糕餅一側作為頭部，其外緣沾黏有兩點作為眼睛的黑芝麻，並沿著頭部往上，於糕餅的上半部延伸出玉兔的耳朵，而該兩支耳朵的造型是沿著玉兔圓渾的頭部，略呈三角形向上尖出；再來，於糕餅尾部塑造出向外突起的尾巴造型；最後，於糕餅底部周緣的餅皮上，微微地塑造出兔腳。;整體觀之，本設計的糕餅外觀以獨特的造型在同類產品中提供全新的視覺觀感，實為具有美感且新穎之糕餅造型，符合設計專利申請要件，爰依法提出專利申請。[Item Usage];This design is a kind of cake, especially a cake with a rabbit shape.; [Design Description];As shown in the figures, the cake of this design is shaped and presents a body with a rabbit shape. First, one side of the cake is used as the head, and two black sesame seeds are attached to its outer edge as eyes. Then, along the head, the ears of the jade rabbit are extended from the upper part of the cake. The shape of the two ears is along the round head of the jade rabbit, slightly triangular and pointed upward; then, the tail shape protruding outward is shaped at the tail of the cake; finally, the rabbit's feet are slightly shaped on the crust around the bottom of the cake. Overall, the unique appearance of the cake designed in this way provides a new visual experience among similar products. It is indeed a beautiful and novel cake shape, which meets the requirements for design patent application. Therefore, a patent application is filed in accordance with the law.
