Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係設於LED燈具上，並用以鎖固連接吊索等組接件，且LED燈具係設有插頭可供直接與插座電連接使用。;【設計說明】;由立體圖觀之，本創作係安裝於燈管之二側，並為中空之梯形結構體，其中之一梯形結構體上具有一略呈葫蘆狀之透孔與另一圓形透孔，而另一梯形結構體上則具有一略呈糖果狀之透孔，予人俏皮創意的觀感，輔以前後視圖觀之，本創作係如同隧道般而具有深遠之視覺呈現，並富有寧靜深沉之感受，而頂側的透孔造型為其增添特異之視覺效果，兩側透孔造型之不對稱亦呈現創作者之巧思。由俯視圖觀之，本創作係為相對及內縮之矩形態樣，並輔以矩形中之不同造型透孔而產生截然不同之觀感，下方之透孔排列係如同保齡球瓶及保齡球般，而產生具有動感之視覺呈現，而上方之透孔排列則如釣魚時使用之浮標般，或為可供旋轉之發條，使本創作於單一視角卻於上下兩側具有迥然不同之視覺呈現，實為極富奇思妙想之設計。其中，各圖式所揭露之虛線部分係表示所應用之燈具物品，為本案不主張設計之部分，而使用狀態參考圖係為本創作加設連接吊索與連接電源後之實施態樣。;綜上所述，本創作利用輪廓造型之變化，使簡單結構賦予多層次之視覺感受，於各視角皆可產生獨特的呈現態樣，實為本創作者幾經構思下之巧思創作，乃依法提出設計專利申請。
