Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種行李箱的新式樣設計，其係針對行李箱形狀之首先創作，並兼具美觀實用之特性，深具現代流行獨特之新穎性。;【設計說明】;本創作之形狀為長方體，從前視圖觀之，行李箱之一面上以凸出的線條分割成上、中、下三個區塊，又從中間以二條凸出的線條垂直劃分成左右兩邊，每一個區塊中包括複數平行的凹槽，該些凹槽為三角形凹槽，其中左邊上區塊的凹槽之波谷靠右，而相鄰兩區塊(左邊中區塊及右邊上區塊)凹槽之波谷靠左，每兩相鄰區塊之凹槽波谷皆相反方向，是以上、中、下每一層都形成一種向中心漸層逐步凹入或凸出的視覺感，由此產生更多的光影變化，增加行李箱之立體感，而行李箱四角各設有一對稱的轉折圖案，此圖案隨著凹槽起伏，增添更豐富的層次感。;本創作利用行李箱正面及背面整齊排列又左右對稱的斜切長條;凹槽顯示井然有序中又充滿對立衝突的矛盾感，且不同方向斜切的凹槽更呈現出不同的光影變化，足以對消費者形成視覺上的吸引，誠為一極佳之外觀形體設計，爰依法提出專利申請。
