【物品用途】;本設計係提供一種”工具盒”，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎設計，本設計所述工具盒係為藉以容置工具或零件(如套筒組、起具組等)之功用者。;【設計說明】;如附圖所示，所述”工具盒”整體外觀概呈矩形盒體造型，主要係包括一下盒體以及蓋合於該下盒體上之一透明罩蓋所構成，其中該透明罩蓋左、右二側並設有樞軸部位以樞組於下盒體，下盒體中設有複數個工具容置部；其創作特點在於其整體各部位相乘視覺效果，包括：該透明罩蓋與下盒體之間的分界線係為前低後高的斜面造型，且其斜面造型若由左、右側視圖觀之係為略具有弧度的柔性線條設計；該透明罩蓋左、右兩側臨近樞軸部位區域係設計成向外側面狀凸出的凸塊造型，該凸塊造型係在透明罩蓋左、右兩側中間形成一條因厚度差所呈現的斜向裝飾線(請配合參閱立體圖及左、右側視圖所示)；該透明罩蓋左、右兩側形成的凸塊造型上部區域並具;有概呈倒三角形的凹槽造型設計，該倒三角形凹槽的下方二斜邊線形若由左、右側視圖觀之，恰好與透明罩蓋、下盒體之間的分界線斜面形狀以及前述斜向裝飾線的形狀相互匹配呈間隔對應狀，如此共構形成兼具線條美感與立體美感之新穎視覺設計；另如使用狀態圖一、二所示，本工具盒使用時係可將透明罩蓋往上掀至半開角度或者掀開至90度角的狀態；亦可將透明罩蓋整個掀開至180度(如使用狀態圖三)的狀態，使用者可依需求自行調整；又如使用狀態圖四所示，當該透明罩蓋掀開至超過180度的設定極限狀態時，若置於台面上可令該下盒體呈傾斜角度狀態而具展示功能；藉此等視覺特徵所設計而成的工具盒，其完全擺脫既有產品的傳統造型設計，使整體架構中兼具線條修飾之獨特造型美感，極為美觀實用，確實為一新穎、獨特之設計，極富巧思性與變化性，因此，爰依法提出設計專利申請。[Item Usage];This design provides a "tool box", especially a novel design that is different from the commonly used design in the industry.
