【物品用途】;本創作為一種可一體收納之湯匙與筷子所形成之餐具。;【設計說明】;由立體圖觀之，本創作係由二流線型殼體及中間所收納之圓柱形筷子結合為其外型，配合後視圖視之，可見其中一殼體係於邊緣處延伸有一弧狀包覆部，使於組裝時另一殼體呈現被包覆之態樣，彷彿情人間之環抱，而具有溫暖柔和之感。再由右側視圖觀之，該二殼體與筷子結合後，係於殼體交錯之頂側露出筷子之圓形端部，頂側則可見弧狀包覆部將將為湯匙之另一殼體包覆，整體如同芭蕾舞者以足尖直立之態樣，具有靜止且溫潤優雅之視覺效果，左側視圖與右側視圖相仿即不再加以詳述之。最後由俯視圖與仰視圖觀之，俯視圖中可見多個弧形向外延伸設置及位於中央之二幾何圓，而使其整體視之如同一科幻機體之尾部，而具有向前航行之動態美感，仰視圖中係可見該二殼體形成如一燈具般之造型，透過底側之圓弧圖形而提供圓潤之觀感。;據以上所述，本創作具有高雅與滑潤之優美觀感，並於不同視角提供迥異之視覺感受，時而靜態時而躍動，實為具有相當豐富與多層次美感之設計創作，乃依法提出設計專利申請。[Item Usage] This creation is a tableware that can be stored in one piece, consisting of a spoon and chopsticks. [Design Description] From the three-dimensional image, this creation is formed by the combination of two streamlined shells and the cylindrical chopsticks stored in the middle. From the rear view, it can be seen that one of the shells has an arc-shaped covering part extending from the edge, so that when assembled, the other shell appears to be covered, like an embrace between lovers, and has a warm and soft feeling. From the right side view, after the two shells are combined with the chopsticks, the round end of the chopsticks is exposed at the top of the interlaced shells, and the arc-shaped covering part is about to cover the other shell of the spoon. The whole is like a ballet dancer standing on tiptoe, with a static, warm and elegant visual effect. The left side view is similar to the right side view and will not be described in detail. Finally, from the top view and the bottom view, multiple arcs can be seen extending outwards and two geometric circles in the center in the top view, making the whole look like the tail of a sci-fi machine, with a dynamic beauty of sailing forward. In the bottom view, the two shells are formed into a shape like a lamp, providing a rounded look through the arc pattern on the bottom. ;According to the above, this creation has an elegant and smooth aesthetic, and provides different visual experiences at different viewing angles, sometimes static and sometimes dynamic. It is indeed a design creation with a very rich and multi-layered aesthetic, and a design patent application is filed in accordance with the law.
