【物品用途】;本設計為一種扳手，係用以扳轉物件之手工工具。;【設計說明】;本設計為一種扳手的外觀造型設計，且係呈現出不凡的設計外觀，而有別於傳統平凡的設計者。;如各附圖所示，本設計特點在於整體之外觀，本設計之扳手主要係由中段的兩端分別成形扳動部之形態，本設計之中段係由扁平片狀結構的中央處形成扭轉形態，使中段的兩端以不同延伸走向成形扳動部，而其中一端的扳動部為內周緣具有複數齒形之中空圓形態樣，另端的扳動部則成型為具有開口且內周面由複數圓弧構成之形態；本設計透過中段中央的扭轉形成視覺重點，再由中段的兩端再延伸出分別具有圓弧元素的扳動部與中段的扭轉形成呼應，藉此使整體呈現與眾不同、吸睛之獨特設計。;綜上所述，本創作扳手的設計與創作賦予產品特殊且全新的風貌，其造型設計實具新穎、獨創之處，確符合設計的要件，爰依法提出申請，並祈早日賜准專利，至感德便。[Item Usage] This design is a wrench, a hand tool used to turn objects. The middle section of this design is formed by the center of the flat sheet structure to form a twisted shape, so that the two ends of the middle section form the lever part with different extension directions, and the lever part at one end is a hollow circular shape with a plurality of teeth on the inner periphery, and the lever part at the other end is formed into a shape with an opening and the inner periphery is composed of a plurality of arcs; this design forms a visual focus through the twisting of the center of the middle section, and then the lever parts with arc elements are extended from the two ends of the middle section to form an echo with the twisting of the middle section, so that the overall design is different and eye-catching. ;In summary, the design and creation of this creative wrench give the product a special and brand-new look.
