【物品用途】;本創作為一種隨身碟，其是與可隨身攜帶的資料儲存裝置有關。;【設計說明】;本創作為一種隨身碟的新式樣設計，尤指一種外觀造型經過設計，使其結合菱角線形和圓弧動感流線所呈現之外觀設計，而有別於一般傳統隨身碟的設計者。;如各圖所示，本案外觀特點在於立體圖，該隨身碟本體一端近三分之一處設有一頂蓋，其用於與另一端設有電子接頭端子本體套合，該兩端本體內各套置有一半透明材質，其一端頂面呈現一長方橢圓形半透明面板，其另一端底面亦為一半透明狀之邊框，兩側邊分別有一寬一窄之側邊設計，寬側邊呈現圓弧造型，而另一窄側邊則兩直線平行面造型，連結寬窄兩側邊之本體側面則呈現半圓弧造型，藉由上述設計，於兩端本體套合後，呈現整體外觀設計充滿線條流暢、對比之視覺效果。;據上所述，本創作的設計與創作賦予產品特殊且全新的風貌，其造型設計實具新穎獨到之處，確已與新式樣;專利要件相符，爰依法提出申請，祈請早日賜准專利，至為感禱。;1.右側視圖與左側視圖對稱，故省略右側視圖。[Item Usage] This creation is a USB flash drive, which is related to a portable data storage device.
