【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種「眼鏡」的新設計，尤其是指一種可供使用者配戴，用以保護眼睛或遮陽擋風的眼鏡者。;【設計說明】;本創作係為一種眼鏡之外觀設計，其僅使用上緣的鏡架，以達成視覺上的變革，使其外觀具有銳利感與前衛性。如附圖所示，本創作之立體圖係呈現一時尚流線感之眼鏡，鏡框由兩個相互背對的C型外型結構連接而成，且鏡框的中央具有一浮凸結構，使整體鏡框呈現一種海鷗展翅的視覺感受；再者，鏡框上緣具有一向下傾斜的切角，更帶給整體鏡框一種簡潔而俐落的視覺感受。眼鏡之鏡片的下緣兩角，並未被鏡框包覆，下緣的外側角，具有流線型凹口，帶給眼鏡一種前衛而不失柔美的視覺感受。鏡框與鏡架整體如同眼鏡之左右側視圖所示呈現一水平細長水滴狀。鏡框兩側與鏡腳連接處具有一凹凸嵌合結構，呈現一種幾何拼接的科技感。再者，如眼鏡之俯視圖及仰視圖所示，眼鏡整體呈現一圓弧狀。綜上所述，本創作之眼鏡，藉由流暢、帶有個性的線條表達出本創作所追求之前衛銳利感中帶些柔美之特色及協調性之視覺效果，予人產生時尚、科技而不失舒適與柔美的鮮明印象。;整體觀之，本創作之造型，前衛而富有科技感，結構簡單俐落卻不失柔美時尚之風格，實符合新設計專利之要件，並兼具有創作性與實用性，誠為一極佳的外觀形體設計，爰依法提起專利申請，祈請 鈞局詳予審查並早日賜予專利為禱。;特別說明的是，圖式所揭露之色彩屬本設計不主張之部分。[Item Usage] This creation is about a new design of "glasses", especially a pair of glasses that can be worn by users to protect their eyes or block the sun and wind.
