【物品用途】;本創作係一種眼鏡鏡腳的新造型設計，為整體眼鏡之一部分，與眼鏡鏡框組裝後可供配戴於人體頭部。;【設計說明】;請配合參閱各附圖所示，不主張色彩。本創作之眼鏡鏡腳，係由硬性材料與軟性材質互相結合而成。主要創作特點在於兩者間之造型組成，大面積的軟性材質完整包覆作為骨幹之硬性材料，於使用者配戴時提供與皮膚接觸的舒適度與不易滑動之穩定度；外露之硬性材質處被賦予具流線感之開孔造型，除在外觀上賦予流暢的動感設計外亦提升散熱之效果；鏡腳尾端呈現左右外擴狀態，方便使用者拿起眼鏡時順勢佩戴。整體觀之，其設計之獨特、新穎之處已符合設計專利所需之要件，爰依法提起專利申請，祈請鈞局詳予審查並早日賜予專利為禱。[Item Usage] This creation is a new design of the eyeglasses leg, which is a part of the whole eyeglasses.
