【物品用途】;本創作為有關一種用於天花板、電梯、牆面或車內、車側及車內吸頂等之『監視器』設計創作，尤指其外觀造型新穎獨特，為至善至美之設計者。;【設計說明】;請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖面，本案之設計創作係為一種監視器，該監視器係設有一罩體，該罩體前方係呈方形面且順著方形邊緣設有凹槽，而方形面之中央係設有一方型凹槽且內具有造型鏡頭及收音設備，該方形面向下延伸至底端係呈一凹弧面，另該方形面係往後延伸且向下漸縮至後端，該罩體後端兩側係有相對應之弧形凹槽，而罩體之左、右兩側面設有固定件，且該固定件上方係凸設有弧形凸塊，整體外形設計簡約大方並以簡單線條勾合線條優美的圓滑流線，而建構出立體感的線條，且整體造型能達到降低風阻之效果，極具現代美感之簡約設計，實為設計之上乘之作。;綜上觀之，本創作不論從任何角度觀之整體造形設計均能顯示之清新脫俗，造型前衛及創新新穎視覺感受，且本案;申請前未見於刊物及公開使用符合設計專利申請要件，故爰依法提出申請。[Item Usage]; This creation is about a design creation of a "surveillance device" used for ceilings, elevators, walls, or inside, sides, and ceilings of cars, especially one with a novel and unique appearance and the best and most beautiful design. ; [Design Description]; Please refer to the drawings attached on the back page of the manual. The design creation of this case is a surveillance device. The surveillance device is provided with a cover body. The front of the cover body is a square surface and a groove is provided along the edge of the square. The center of the square surface is provided with a square groove with a modeling lens and a sound receiving device. The square surface extends downward to the bottom end and is a concave arc surface. The square surface extends backward and gradually decreases downward. At the rear end, the two sides of the rear end of the cover body have corresponding arc grooves, and the left and right sides of the cover body are provided with fixing parts, and the fixing parts are provided with arc convex blocks above. The overall appearance design is simple and generous, and the lines are connected with simple lines and beautiful and smooth lines to construct three-dimensional lines. The overall shape can achieve the effect of reducing wind resistance. The simple design with a very modern aesthetic is indeed a superior design. ;In summary, the overall shape design of this creation can show freshness and refinement, avant-garde shape and innovative and novel visual experience no matter from which angle it is viewed.
