【物品用途】;本設計係為一種點心食品，尤指一種可供食用的糕點。;【設計說明】;本設計「糕點」如附圖所示，係以自然風景為主要視覺意象，並具有適當厚度表現出糕點的飽實感。其外觀是在兩座山巒之間設有一條下凹形狀的彎曲小徑，該小徑呈現前寬後窄的漸層造型，使山巒與小徑之間更增添立體感，且小徑上設有呈凹凸面的階梯，山巒頂面設有凸出的花朵圖樣，讓糕點整體表現出高低起伏、自然美景的視覺感受。;整體觀之，本設計造型創新獨特，深具層次變化性，符合新穎性及創作性要件，並且能呈現出前所未有的視覺意象，遂依法提出設計專利之申請。[Item Usage];This design is a snack food, especially an edible pastry.; [Design Description];This design "pastry" is shown in the attached picture. It takes natural scenery as the main visual image, and has appropriate thickness to show the fullness of the pastry. Its appearance is a concave curved path between two mountains. The path is wide at the front and narrow at the back, which adds a three-dimensional sense between the mountains and the path. There are concave and convex stairs on the path, and a protruding flower pattern on the top of the mountain, so that the pastry as a whole shows the visual experience of ups and downs and natural beauty. Overall, the design is innovative and unique, with profound layered changes, meets the requirements of novelty and creativity, and can present unprecedented visual images, so an application for a design patent was filed in accordance with the law.
